All of our tandem flights are conducted lawfully under a strict FAA exemption for Ultralight Vehicles, meaning you will take to the skies securely harnessed to a highly proficient, certified instructor as an active student pilot. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Midwest while your instructor manages the primary controls, or listen in via our two-way communication intercom as we guide you through the basics of maneuvering the aircraft!

Our state-of-the-art paraglider and backpack paramotor equipment allow us to launch safely from a wide range of open fields and flight parks throughout Missouri and Illinois. However, we conduct flight strictly at Gateway Air Park located only 30 minutes east of St. Louis Downtown. Each package includes a comprehensive 30-minute ground briefing and gear fitting prior to takeoff.

What to Expect On Flight Day
We make your first introduction to powered paragliding seamless and unforgettable:
Step 1: The Briefing: You will undergo a thorough 30-minute ground instruction detailing how the paramotor backpack unit works.
Step 2: Harness & Radio Check: You will be securely buckled into the passenger seat and fitted with an aviation headset for clear in-flight intercom communication.
Step 3: The Launch: After a quick, coordinated short run together across an open field, the canopy will lift, the motor will push, and you will gently climb into the sky.
Step 4: Landing: We glide down for a smooth stand-up landing. Before leaving, we will review your flight waivers and log your very first official training hours (if you wish to continue with rated training) !
